A step-by-step on getting lockers.
Step 1: Mail email@example.com, requesting a locker.
Step 2: You will receive a mail with payment details and other information.

Step 3: Make a bank transfer to the account whose details are provided. Additionally you will also have to send in your name and batch. A locker is 150 for a month and 450 for 3 months. Every additional month is an additional 150 rupees.
Step 4: Wait for a reply. It will have your locker details.
Step 5: Buy a lock from the tuck shop.
Step 6: Go to the guard on duty at RH3/RH1, and ask to access the locker. He will give you a register, in which you will need to fill in your details. Remember that locker services close at 6pm.
Step 7: Go to the RH3 basement, and locate your locker. Once you have put everything in, lock it and forget about it until you plan to access the locker again.
Step 8: Re-opening the locker: Send another mail requesting permission to open the locker. This is a formality. However, you will only be given permission if you have no outstanding payments towards the locker service.
Step 9: Go with this mail to the guard on duty at RH3/RH1 and request to visit the locker. Repeat Steps 6 and 7.

How to access:
For MS Students
Step 1: Fill this out Media Lab booking Online form.
Step 2: This folder has two sheets for students to check what slots are booked already. So please practice booking at least 24 hours ahead of need.
One sheet is for booking equipment in two FOUR HOUR SLOTS every day - 9.30 am to 1.30 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm. (Except Sunday)
The second sheet is for booking edit machines or studio space, in four TWO HOUR SLOTS - 9.30-11.30 am,11.30am -1.30pm, 2pm-4pm and 4pm-6pm.
You will receive a quick response. tells you if your slot is booked. This system has been functioning since April 2022 and is meant to provide fair access on a first come first serve basis for MS courses on priority.
For Non-MS Student and all others at Ashoka
